Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

In short: Clumi keeps your notes on your iPhone. We don't run servers that store your notes, we don't show ads, and we don't track you.

What Clumi stores, and where

Sign in with Apple

Signing in is optional. If you sign in, Apple shares a unique identifier and, the first time only, the name and email you choose to share (which may be a private relay address). Clumi keeps these on your device to personalise the app. Clumi has no account server and no cloud backup at this time.

Voice

When you tap the sphere, Clumi uses the microphone only while the listening screen is open. Speech is turned into text using Apple's Speech framework — on your device when your iPhone supports it; otherwise Apple may process that audio to return the text, under Apple's privacy policy. Clumi doesn't keep recordings, only the text you choose to save.

Clumi's voice

Clumi speaks with Apple's built-in voice “Evan”, which runs entirely on your iPhone — nothing you or Clumi says is sent anywhere to create the voice.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device and delivered by iOS. Clumi may register with Apple Push Notification service, which gives the app a device token; this token stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can hide note text in reminders in Profile.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Profile → Delete all notes. Deleting the app removes everything Clumi stored on your device. To stop using Sign in with Apple for Clumi, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple.

Children

Clumi is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If Clumi adds features that change how data is handled — such as cloud sync — we'll update this page and the in-app privacy notes before those features ship.
