Common questions
What can I say to Clumi?
Tap the sphere and talk naturally. Save: “I parked on level 4.” Ask: “Where did I park?” or “What are my reminders today?” Remind: “Remind me about Costco” — Clumi asks when, and you can say “today”, “tomorrow”, “at 5”, or “in 20 minutes”. Say “never mind” to cancel.
Can I start Clumi without opening it?
Yes: add the Quick add widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen, add Clumi Listen to Control Center or the Action Button, long-press the app icon, or say “Clumi listen” to Siri.
Can reminders speak out loud?
Yes — turn on Profile → Speak reminders out loud. Reminders read themselves when they arrive, unless your iPhone is on silent or in a Focus. Clumi speaks as Evan. For the most natural sound, download it free: Settings → Accessibility → Read & Speak → Voices → English → Evan → Enhanced.
I'm not getting reminders
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Clumi and turn on Allow Notifications. In Clumi, the Reminders tab shows a banner if notifications are off. Focus modes can also silence reminders.
Voice says it isn't available
Clumi needs Microphone and Speech Recognition access. Go to Settings → Clumi and turn both on. You can always tap “Type instead”.
What's the difference between “Ended” and “Back to normal”?
Ended means the time you chose has passed. Back to normal means you said it's resolved. Both move to Recent, where you can restore them for 30 days.
How do I edit or delete a reminder?
In the Reminders tab, tap Edit, +1 hr, or the ••• button for Turn off, Back to normal, and Delete. You can also long-press a reminder. Every change can be undone.
Does Clumi back up my notes?
Not yet. Notes are stored on your iPhone only, so they won't move to a new phone. See the privacy policy.
How do I hide notes on the widget?
Go to Profile → Hide note text in widget. The widget then shows only how many notes you have and when they end.
